Blueberry and banana bread 

what you need:

4 large bananas

3 eggs

2 and 1/2 cups ground almonds

3 tablespoons of natural maple syrup

1/4 cup coocnut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 and 1/2 cup blueberries

How you do it:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Mash your banana in a bowl and then add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix

3. In a seperate bowl mix together the dry ingredients and then combine the two

4. Add in your blueberries and fold together

5. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the mix in, bake for around 55 minutes until the top is golden and the centre is set. Test by inserting a knife or tooth pick and see if it comes out clean.
