Chocolate peanut butter cups
These amazing peanut butter even have protein in them!
You will need:
1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
Splash of almond milk (to get the blender going)
One ripe banana
Tablespoon vanilla whey
2 bars half melted dark chocolate (makes 7 cups)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
How you do it:
1. First melt the dark chocolate and add a teaspoon of coconut oil to make it silky. Pour a small amount into each silicone case just to make the bottom. Freeze this for 3 minutes until hard.
2. Blend all the mixture together for the middle, take the cases out the freezer and in the middle of each spoon on some of the mixture and then a small amount of peanut butter on top.
3. Pour more melted chocolate into the case to cover the mixture.
4. Put the cases on a plate and back into the freezer for 10-15 mins until hard. Take them out the cases, add to the top some more of the mixture and top with a banana
