Coconut protein balls


Coconut protein balls that taste just like a bounty chocolate bar 🍫 so quick to make, you can make a batch of them and keep them in your fridge for when you fancy a (healthy) treat! 

You will need:
1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)
2 cups desiccated coconut 
1 cup coconut milk 
3 tablespoons maple syrup 
1/2 scoop vanilla whey 
150 grams above 70% dark chocolate 

How you do it:
1.Mix the coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla whey together in a bowl
2. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray
3. Cook for 12 minutes on 160 degrees, take out and let them cool down.
4. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil
5. Roll the balls in chocolate one by one using two spoons, sprinkle with coconut and put in the fridge for 2 hours until they have set!
