You've all heard it before 'summer bodies are made in the winter' As soon as the scarfs come out and coats come on we like to remind everyone of this. We tend to go into hibernation and crave carb heavy or unhealthy comfort food as soon as a spec of frost hits the ground, but we will let you into a secret.
