The best low carb beers...

Today is international beer day so what better way to celebrate than with an ice cold low carb beer. We've rounded up our favourites, the ones with the fewest carbs and those that are just really really popular. If you can't pick just one, we won't judge you for trying them all #eatcleanravedirty

Becks Premier Light

CARBS: 3.2g

CALS: 64

ABV: 2.3%

This low calorire beer is brewed with just 4 ingredients; barely malt, hops, water and yeast. Almost half the stands alcohol content of regular beer, it might not be for everyone.

Budd select 55

CARBS: 1.9g

CALS: 55

ABV: 2.4%

The name speaks volumes, just 55 calories in this low calorie beer. Low calories also equal low alcohol content, but if you're going to end up having quite a few, this still might be the way forward.

Michelob Ultra

CARBS: 2.6g

CALS: 95

ABV: 4.2%

Many people will take those extra calories to get the high alcohol volume per bottle. Still a pretty decent low carb/low calorie beer at under 100 calories.

Amstel Light

CALS: 95

ABV: 3.5%

A little higher on the carb content here from Amstel, but still coming in at under 100 calories for a beer we won't complain too much. It's one of the easier ones to get hold of though, as it was the leader in the low carb beer trend being the first to hit the American market with a low cal beer.

Heineken Light

CARBS: 6.8g

CALS: 99

ABV: 3.3%

Looks like a regular beer, in it's signature green bottle but under 100 calories, one of the higher carbs beers though, so not for everyone.
